In-Stock Policy:
We always have at least one of every item on the site in-stock. If more than one of the same item are ordered, and there are not enough in-stock to fulfill the order, then we will contact you as soon as possible to notify you of the expected delay. We appreciate your patience in this matter.
Payment Policy:
New England Hydroponics currently accepts Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Paypal, checks and money orders as forms of payment. Items will not be shipped until payment is received.
Privacy Policy:
All customer information is kept in complete confidence and will never be shared with anyone outside of our organization. All of our items are sent in discrete packaging for customer privacy.
Return Policy:
Replacement or Refund of purchase price excluding shipping costs on defective or unopened products within 30 days.
Shipping Policy:
All orders ship within two business days. We will ship to the US and Canada. Shipping cost to Canada may be more expensive. Please email us for a quote at shipping@nehydro.com. We will not be held responsible for lost packages when shipping Internationally.
