Update: Monday, March 30th, 2020 - Information About Free Shipping & Curbside Pickup

First - thanks to everyone for your continued business! We just completed our first full week of curbside pickups, and while there have been a couple delays as you might expect with any new process, we are constantly working hard to make it better every day.

Again, rest assured: WE HAVE PLENTY OF STOCK! We repeat: WE HAVE PLENTY OF STOCK! Pallets are still reaching our doors daily, and your plants will not have to go hungry on our watch! When you see an item on the website, that means we have it in-stock and ready to ship, but it may not be in-stock at your local store for pickup. We will call to let you know if we are missing something from your store pickup order. 

That said, please be patient, as we are trying to take care of everyone and their orders in the order they come in. 

Here's how we're helping our loyal customers and friends to stay safe during these most unusual times.

 

Free Shipping

Until 4/20, we have eliminated our $100 minimum order requirement for free shipping in the lower 48 states. All orders will now ship free of charge.

Please note some heavy items, such as soil, may have a heavy item surcharge on online orders - does not apply to curbside service. 

Free shipping will be a selection at Checkout.

 

Curbside Pickup (Online Orders ONLY Please - NO Phone Orders, unless you really need to :-)

Order Online: Simply shop as you normally would if you were having items shipped to you on neHydro.com.

At checkout, FIRST fill out "Shipping Information." PLEASE NOTE: our online ordering system was designed for shipping orders, and has been modified to offer pickup options. This is why shipping is still required, even though we may not be shipping your order.

Once this section is complete, check box at end: "My billing address is the same as my shipping address" (This should be the address associated with your Credit Card.)

A list of SHIPPING OPTIONS and PICKUP LOCATIONS then appears. Please select your pickup location. 

WE WILL CALL YOU when your order is ready for you! Our pick up hours are Noon to 5pm, Monday thru Friday.  PLEASE wait for us to call and DO NOT come to the store unless we call you to say the order is ready.  

Please note: website stock levels are based on the company as a whole, we may NOT have some items available for same day pickup at your local store.  We may need to transfer some of your items from a different location which could take several days. We will notify you if there are any issues.  

 

HOW TO ORDER SOILS & HEAVY ITEMS FOR PICKUP WITHOUT SHIPPING SURCHARGE

Before you add the item to your cart, check the correct box under the price. The top box indicates the shipping surcharge. The bottom box is for store pickup ONLY, and indicates free pickup.

 

Payment

OnlinePlease pay online with a Credit Card, PayPal or Google Pay.  This is preferred as it will minimize contact, nothing to sign, no person to person interaction. 

Other: If you cannot pay with an electronic method, you may select "Business Check / Money Order / Cash / On Account" during Check Out.  We will then contact you via phone in the next 1 to 2 days to make arrangements for payment.  This method is not preferred and may take several days to complete your order.

 

General Rules of Conduct

• Please KEEP the 6 foot social distancing when you come for pickup!

• Call when you get to the store!  We will place your order on the curb

• Please REMAIN inside your vehicle until we have gone back into the building

• Once we are back inside, you may get out and load your order.  (If you require assistance with loading, let us know on the phone and we will try to make arrangement)

• We ask that you STAY IN YOUR VEHICLE.

• Keep everyone safe!  If you are sick, stay home and let us ship the items to you.
