All orders ship within two business days. Free Shipping takes 1 to 5 business days in transit after it is shipped. Any order over $300 will require a signature upon delivery. We will ship orders to the USA and Canada Only. Please email us if you have any questions or would like a shipping quote for an additional country at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will not be held responsible for lost packages when shipping both domestically and internationally.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
We are pleased to offer all customers a replacement on any defective product within 30 days of purchase. Additionally, any unopened product (Excluding Liquids) may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund excluding shipping costs. There is a 10% restocking fee on all returns. There are No Returns on Liquid Products.
All returns require authorization prior to shipping. Please call us at 888-529-9025 to obtain an RA#(Return Authorization). The RA# must be clearly written on the outside of the shipping box which contains the return. All returns must be sent with freight Prepaid. Any packages sent with shipping due or COD (Charge on Delivery) will be refused.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund or replacement once we've received and processed the returned item. All returns should be sent to:

We always do our best to have at least one of every item listed on the website in-stock. If you order a greater quantity than we currently have in-stock, we will notify you as soon as possible via email. Any items that are not available at the time of shipping will be back ordered. The back ordered items will be shipped separately as soon as they become available.
We do our best to keep all of the items in-stock at our warehouse for direct shipping. This allows us to offer customers super fast shipping and the best possible experience without having to rely on manufacturers to drop ship items. On a rare occasion we will drop ship an item direct from the manufacturer, but only if it will result in a faster delivery time for the customer.

New England Hydroponics currently accepts Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Paypal, Checks and Money Orders as forms of payment. Items will not be shipped until payment is received.
To ensure cardholder participation and reduce fraud, all orders paid with a credit card must ship to an address on file with the bank that issued your Credit Card. Generally, this is the billing address; however, we are happy to accommodate alternate shipping addresses for your order IF the alternate shipping address requested on your order is also notated on your account (you can do this by calling the 800 number on the back of your card). All online Credit Card transactions are processed as NEH Inc.
Select PayPal as your payment option and complete the checkout process. You will then be redirected to the Paypal website to complete your payment. Your order will ship as soon as we have received your payment. Orders paid via PayPal must ship to the confirmed address on your PayPal account. If your address is un-confirmed by PayPal, we will not accept your payment, as it is considered un-secured by PayPal. All online Paypal transactions are processed as NEH Inc.
Select Money Order as your payment option and complete the checkout process. Make sure your money order is made payable to New England Hydroponics and send to the address listed at the bottom of this page. We only accept Money Orders in US Funds that are drawn on US Banks. Your order will ship as soon as we has received your cleared payment.
